Kinesiologist
I received my honours degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2018. Throughout my 4 years at Brock I spent most of my free time working and volunteering to gain practical experience working with and treating a wide range of populations such as varsity athletes, children with special needs, adults with spinal cord injuries and MS to name a few. After working in a clinic setting for a few years I branched out to working with individuals in their home environment to offer quality one on one care.

Her treatment approach
I discovered a passion for the human bodies ability to heal, and for helping others recover from injury after having the opportunity to see what proper treatment, care and exercise was able to do for my father who sustained a spinal cord injury in 2010. I was able to watch my father work with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assist in maintaining his quality of life while learning to cope with becoming paraplegic. I made it my goal to graduate from a program that would allow me to learn about the science of the human body and its adaptability that would in turn provided me the opportunity to apply my knowledge to care and help others.
